We begin on a shaded forest trail (sv. Stipan trail 141), where you’ll be welcomed into a slower rhythm. As we gently walk uphill through fragrant Mediterranean macchia, you’ll uncover why this hill is known as Svetica — “The Saintly One.”
Along the way, history comes alive. You’ll explore the remains of an Austro-Hungarian military complex — hidden trenches, old battery sites, and stories that stretch from imperial times to the Cold War.
At the top, a reward awaits: a breathtaking 360° panoramic view over the Adriatic and nearby islands. A moment to pause, breathe, and take it all in.
We then descend into a protected NATURA 2000 area — a peaceful world of holm oak forest, birdsong, butterflies, and quiet beauty. This is where you reconnect — with nature and yourself.
Our final stop is Kala Bay — a secluded, crystal-clear cove still used by local fishermen. In summer, you can take a refreshing swim, or simply relax by the sea. We’ll enjoy a light break with seasonal local fruit, soak in the views, and slow down completely. A small beach bar is nearby if you’d like a coffee or a cold drink before heading back.
