This 60 to 90-minute experience is designed for guests who want to explore the world of Istrian distillation in more depth, while also enjoying local gastronomy. During the guided tour, you will visit the production area and learn about the full distillation process – from fermentation to the final product.
Your host will share insights into the craftsmanship behind each spirit, combining traditional methods with modern quality standards. The experience is interactive, relaxed and tailored for small groups.
After the tour, you will move to the tasting area where you will sample three different spirits, including liqueurs, brandies and gin. Each tasting is accompanied by a short explanation of aromas and flavor profiles.
To complete the experience, you will be served a rich Istrian food platter, including local prosciutto, cheese, homemade sausages, olives and fresh bread. This combination of flavors creates a true gastronomic experience and a perfect pairing with the spirits.
